Yoga for stress: Elephant rooms, Draycott

A half day retreat dedicated to you! Relax, unwind and take away tips for managing stress in your daily life.
This workshop is limited to 10 people – book early to secure your space. Open to all levels, no previous experience of yoga needed. Investment £25.
14.00-14.30 BREATHE: Welcome drink & technology detox. This afternoon is for YOU, you are invited to turn your phones to flight mode allowing you to immerse yourself fully in this experience without any distractions.
14.30-15.30 REVIVE: we will start the afternoon with a yogic mindfulness class. A slow paced class focussing on brining attention to the quality of the movement and slowing down the mind – less is more!
16.00-17.00 Yoga for stress: this workshop will cover yogic tools to help regulate the effects of stress on the body. Including breathing techniques and meditation. We will finish with a guided meditation.
17.00-17.30 RELAX: Tea break – take a moment to relax and let the afternoons practice soak in. Grab a comfy seat, a herbal tea and some light snacks.
