Yoga & afternoon tea: Elephant rooms
Saturday 10 August 14.00 – 18.00
14.00 – 14.30 Breathe: Welcome drink & technology detox. This afternoon is for YOU, you are invited to turn your phones to flight mode allowing you to immerse yourself fully in this experience without any distractions.
14.30 – 15.30 REVIVE: We will start the afternoon with some grounding floor sequences, opening up through the hips. In the second half we will explore some meditation techniques including trataka – using a candle flame as a focus point.
15.30-16.00: Refreshment break
16.00 – 17.00 RELAX: We will end the day by slowly winding down the body with a restorative yoga practice, finishing with yoga nidra (yogic sleep).
17.00 – 18.00: Afternoon tea with a twist. A healthy afternoon tea including energy bites, dips, crudités, salad & herbal tea. Please let us know if you have any dietary requirements.
